  The gas was the same place at all the stations around. The good thing at this one was there is a McDonalds. The one across the street had a burger king though.

  Home buying is extremely stressful!! I am so glad that as a first time home buyer, not really knowing what to expect, that I had an agent who catered to my specific needs and guided me through each step of the process. With that being said, Cindy exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent. From providing me resources for a lender who then worked specifically with my VA/Military benefits, to finding me the perfect home within my budget, and then also making sure that I was well informed throughout it all made purchasing a home easy and painless. In addition to this, as Cindy was helping me find the perfect house, she not only told me all the good things about the houses we saw but pointed out things that may have needed a little fixing. This is something that I am most appreciative of as she truly displayed what it meant to be a buyers agent. There was no smoke and mirrors and she was truly there to help me find the right place with my best interest at mind. Her expertise and wisdom, as well as her experience in the daily/competitive market, inspections, negotiations, and much more was indeed extensive, masterful, and over the top. Cindy and her office manager (Dana) are also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at their jobs, I felt like a friend and not just a client. Working within a time frame to purchase a home, there were many days I became frustrated and anxious. Cindy and her team worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. As a result, I am happy to say that I am in my first home now, thanks to their efforts. I love my new home and am most grateful that I have friends for life now. Lastly, I would recommend Cindy Joskowiak and her company Premier Virginia Properties to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission. Additionally, they will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but a place to call HOME. Thank you Mrs. Cindy for all you and your office did for me as I had an outstanding experience with your company. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so authentic, honest, responsive, and prompt in answering all of my "first time home buyer" questions. I would completely and fully endorse Cindy and her services, as well as Premier Virginia Properties and the whole team to anyone buying or selling a home.
